From the outset, we will be happy to advise you as to what the likely costs will be. It is our aim to provide you with quality legal services at fees which are both fair and reasonable.
| Any litigation, recovery of money, goods and services. Hourly basis £300 +VAT which is currently 20% |
VAT and Disbursements are payable in addition to charges
Disbursement (not included in our pricing):
Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties. The costs mentioned above do not include disbursements which can include;
- counsel (barrister) fees
- expert report etc. can be confirmed in advance for your approval once we have the details of the matter at hand, court directions and the nature of the claim and or the application.
